AG Bell Board of Directors

2021-2025 Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors recently completed a thorough process to develop a strategic plan for AG Bell for 2020-2025. In addition to board members and staff, other stakeholders including several certified LSL Specialists, leaders of our state chapters, adults who are deaf and hard of hearing, parents, and international partners participated in the process. The goals and key objectives of the plan reflect the most pressing and vital needs of the children we serve across the globe and clarify our commitment to ensuring that they can learn to hear and talk.

Additionally, the board dedicated time to developing a statement on diversity, equity and inclusion that underlies the values inherent in the strategic plan.
We hope you will take time to review the plan and to consider how you can become part of AG Bell’s continuing success and move the organization closer to its goals. We welcome your participation and invite you to connect with us at opportunities@agbell.org.

Our Mission

Working globally to ensure that people who are deaf and hard of hearing can hear and talk.

We want all families to be informed and supported, professionals to be appropriately qualified to teach and help children with hearing loss, public policy leaders to effectively address the needs of people with hearing loss, and communities to be empowered to help their neighbors with hearing loss succeed.
